GO-TO-MARKET

We begin with an in-depth analysis of the market landscape, technology, customers, legal/regulatory requirements as well as resource needs.

Together with our client, we formulate a comprehensive GTM strategy.  Components of this work include:

  • identifying target customer segments/audiences;

  • determining potential partnerships;

  • assessing alternatives for direct and indirect sales;

  • creating options to build a local organization;

  • evaluating localized support models; and more. 

To validate assumptions, we engage our network of analysts and influencers for real-time feedback. Finally, based on a combination of financial modeling and experience, we discuss investment options together with management.

Once the plan is locked and shifts into execution, our approach is uniquely hands-on.  Whether it is product localization, creating a digital presence, or early stage business development, we partner closely with our clients to realize the plan.

We work with our clients to help recruit the initial team on the ground.  Our knowledge of the local talent pool and executive recruiting firms is both extensive and current, and we have vast experience in hiring local leaders ourselves. 

Recognizing significant differences in perspectives and thought patterns between US and Asian cultures, we help corporate teams be effective in working with their colleagues in Asia, and vice versa.  

As appropriate and based on experience, we will suggest tweaks to the global organizational model to enhance effectiveness.
